1 HP, single phase. 115 v, 0.41 GPM @ 4,000 PSI compact hydraulic power unit with a 4.5 gal steel reservoir. Unit comes with an array of 8 solenoid valves, 11 ports, 2 relief valves, 1 press reducing valve, 1 shuttle valve and a return line filter with bypass and backflow-preventing check valve. SV1 allows you to isolate a 1,500 PSI relief that is normally active, in order to build to the 4,000 PSI of the secondary relief valve. SV2 directs oil to either a bank of 4 solenoid activated 3-way valves that either direct pressure out when energized or block pressure and relieve the port to tank when de-energized. There is an aux pressure and tank port connected to these. When de-energized, SV2 allows oil to go through SV3 and past the pressure reducing valve (which allows free flow at full pressure on extension, but when allowing oil to come back through when SV3 is energized, will open upon reaching 700 PSI) and out through the single pressure port. There are two parallel passages that have ports on either end and a shuttle valve in between that allows one passage at a time to return, through the filter to tank. 7 of the 11 ports have gauge ports. Many possible combinations are available with these various controls and a print of the schematic is available upon request.
