This facility in Chennai, India, was built from the ground up to our
specifications, and all equipment features the latest CNC advancements.
Many machines were custom-built to perform very high precision, specialized work
in a high production manner. BHPL material, endurance, and burst
testing as well as a recently opened environmentally controlled clean-room assembly
area. This facility is capable of producing substantial volumes of
cylinders that meet or exceed US quality standards.
Our flagship cylinder products ChiefTC & ChiefTC3 tie-rod cylinders
along with ChiefWC, ChiefWP and ChiefWT welded cylinders have been manufactured here.
BHPL's resources support our customers with standard cylinders in nearly a
thousand different sizes. We maintain these cylinders for immediate availability on a
consistent basis and do so at very competitive pricing. BHPL is also the source of
many of our cylinder components as well as a resource for custom hydraulic cylinder
production. Our turnaround time and pricing for custom hydraulic cylinders in production
quantities has become one of the best in the industry.
BHPL has achieved ISO 9001-2000 certification by an independent and accredited
auditing agency. This manufacturing facility of 100,000 sq.ft.,
